I have a degree in Culinary Arts, which afforded me opportunities as a pastry chef to live inArizona, Mexico, and eventually Santa Fe.
Though baking is a true passion of mine, I just wasn't feeling I was where I was meant to be.
I also have a passion for helping others, which led me to earning a bachelor's degree in Health Administration and enabled me to help others in the health insurance industry while working family-friendly hours after having my son.
