REV365 Fitness was featured on Great Day Houston's Local Lens with Kristina Cooker and Ralph Garcia. We are a boutique fitness studio that offers conveniently scheduled group fitness classes. Our workouts are led by certified personal trainers using state-of-the-art equipment with integrated technology so that your body's results are real and measurable.

Competition drives change and we give you the opportunity to compete against yourself, friends and fellow members. We combine Cardio, Strength and Interval Training into a total body workout that is backed by science. We keep your body guessing so you burn more fat, lose weight and tone your body. Everyday our class is different, utilizing a variety of exercises and equipment.
REV365's workout model revolves around functional HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
Research shows that HIIT should not be performed on back to back days.
We alternate our workouts between Interval Training, and Cardio or Strength Training.
Your body will achieve optimal results through our proven system.

Our strength training uses kettlebells, dumbbells and KO8 straps to increase your results.

Your time is important to us, so we've structured our group classes to maximize results in just under an hour.

We use the latest heart-rate monitoring technology and medical grade body composition scanning to understand your body.
Your journey to a healthier you should be gauged on where you started and how you got there.
We use track your heart rate through proven scientific methods so you hit your peak performance.
Our workouts are designed for you to be in the Power(Teal) and REV(Red) zone for 12-20 minutes.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out an exercise questionnaire, and one of our REV team members will ask you about your goals and exercise history.
Prior to the class our team will also set you up with a heart rate monitor we will loan you for the class and explain how the class will work.
10 minutes before your class start time, one of our trainers will take you in the exercise area to go over all cardio and strength floor equipment and teach you how to read the heart rate monitoring screens.
