Our signature 40 minute Lagree Fitness Method classes are a high intensity, low impact, core, muscular strength, and muscular endurance workout that is adaptable to all fitness levels.

Studio Arrival Etiquette: Please arrive on time (10 minutes early) with a reservation.
Please note the sign-up window closes 30 minutes before class start for last minute sign-ups.
Please note, in order to manage classes, if a class does not have any reservations signed up 90 minutes before a daytime class, and 10 hrs before early bird classes, the class may be canceled.

First Class Reservations: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time with an existing reservation for a mandatory introduction to the incredible Megaformer.
Private Sessions, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, and Team Building Events available upon request.
Reservations help keep you accountable to your goals and we are in the business of your Health /HELSE/ in mind.
Please understand that when signed up for a class, you are reserving a machine.
If you fail to show up or late cancel, that prohibits another client from planning on attending or being able to book class.
Thank you for respecting other members, training staff, and understanding.
Cancel a reserved session for any reason without penalty up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

Our Essentials class is a great introduction to the Megaformer M3S and our classes at Helse.
Essentials is a full-body workout comprised of the fundamental movements to gain an understanding of the Lagree Fitness Method and Megaformer.
An incredible workout including all the fiery fundamentals.
Some clients choose to stay only in Essentials classes, as it still serves up all the amazing shakes and full body "3rd Lagree Burn" of our Megaformer Classes are famous for.
