We have an array of machines and equipment; Life Fitness Treadmills, Life Fitness Elliptical's, Nu-step Recumbent Stepper's, Keiser Air-Powered Weight Machines, Free Weights, Theraband & Rehabilitation Equipment, Balance & Core Strengthening Equipment. We individualize every member and patients exercise program, striving for each individual to reach their highest level of well-being.

Physical therapy is recommended for pre and post-operative total hip replacement and total knee replacement. Other orthopedic problems (rotator cuff tear, herniated disc, carpal tunnel syndrome, ankle fracture, arthritic symptoms) are also treated by a physical therapist.

Her husband, Kevin does all of the insurance billing for Alta Physical Therapy.
Alta Physical Therapy & Fitness provides two separate entities.
Individuals who want to begin a fitness program and those requiring rehabilitation through physical therapy.
A membership to the gym cost $40 a month.
There are no initiation fees or contracts to sign.
Membership fees are due on a month-to month basis and we do not bill you, you are free to pay whenever is best for you but we suggest by the 5th of every month.
After an initial evaluation has been completed, an individualized treatment plan will be established.
A physical therapy treatment plan may include strengthening, stretching, soft tissue massage, cardiovascular and pulmonary rehab, balance and proprioceptive activities, gait training, ergonomics and postural techniques, and/or use of physical agents such as ultrasound, iontophoresis, electrical stimulation, traction, etc.
We offer clients the opportunity to get fit in a low key, supervised setting that emphasizes lifestyle changes and overall health and wellness.
We bill all insurance companies.
We are participating providers for almost all insurance types including but not limited to: Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, VA, Worker's Compensation, Aetna, MT Health CO-OP, Pacific Source, BC/BS, Allegiance and New West.
This means you will owe the lowest co-pay and/or deductible.
We process all the billing ourselves, so it is hassle-free for you.
Physical therapists in Montana have direct access to patients, except for Medicare and Medicaid must have a physician referral.
