Have your equipment checked and serviced every six months and get FREE parts replacement ANY TIME!. Brent is a great guy, very helpful and knowledgeable indeed. He's very respectable and attentive, easy going and efficient. He explains everything before he begins a task and they don't try to up sale you, or overcharge you on work or parts needed. The communication was great as well throughout my experience through calls and email updates.
My treadmill belt was worn and loose. The original seller no longer serviced treadmills & initially I couldn't find anyone who would. I came across Gym Masters. They were able to replace the belt and the treadmill is just like new! The customer service was excellent & Brandon was very professional and helpful. I am thrilled to not have to replace a treadmill that I really liked.
