Athlete Performance sessions are customized for active individuals looking for a challenging training program.

I never had a positive perception of personal trainers, much less think I'd be working with one. Christian has really helped me to lose weight, improve my physical conditioning and feel great about myself again. I now have so much more energy than I did 6 months ago. My name is Christian Aguirre and I've been coaching people with their health and fitness goals for over nine years in Atlanta.

I specialize in functional training and it's a privilege to help people look, feel, and perform better. I look forward to coaching you and keeping things simple and fun!

My expedition into both fitness and health began in high school.
I found my passion while participating in various sports and hand-to-hand combat.
When I first began this journey, I took every magazine article and online blog I could find related to exercise, performance, nutrition, and supplements.
Like most people, I attempted by means of trial-and-error to become my best self.
Team Training is our group training program that will have you burning maximum fat in minimum time using short, high-intensity strength and conditioning sessions each week.
ITP Team Training workouts are very unique, and designed to be challenging, effective, and fun.
You'll achieve visible results with high doses of camaraderie and support from other ITP Team members and instructors.
The Team Training program incorporates compound functional movements done in circuit-training format for maximum fat-loss and muscle-toning long after you leave the gym.
When you join our Personal Training program, you'll be guided through 60-minute workouts.
The sessions will be custom-built to deliver an exceptional training experience, designed to help you achieve your fitness and performance goals.
During our initial consultation, I'll gain an understanding of what your particular set of goals are.
Once we have defined your objectives, we can build a plan that fits your goals and schedule.
Athlete Performance sessions are designed for active individuals looking for a challenging training program.
The program is designed to actively challenge your effort and coordination with 60 minute movement-based workout.
No two sessions are alike, and all are fun, fast-paced, and educational, which is unique compared to a traditional gym-based workout.
The result is an increased fitness, improved metabolism, enhanced body composition, and a perfected exercise technique.
You'll focus on Olympic lifting, plyometrics, sprints, body-weight movements, tire flips and battle ropes.
