The mission of Miracle Performance is to provide clients access to multiple "boutique style" fitness services all under one roof, for a fraction of the total cost versus having memberships to multiple fitness studios. Our goal is provide our clients with the complete workout solution, covering all components of fitness, including functional strength, cardiovascular conditioning, core strength, mobility and flexibility, recovery, and nutrition.
We realize that workouts that specialize in each individual component produce far greater results than workouts that try to encompass all at once. We built unique workout studios that have specific equipment and flooring designed to optimize each training environment. We realize that during the virus pandemic that many people are still not be ready to return to big commercial gyms yet.
Your health and safety are our #1 priority. We've taken many steps to change our workout structure, social distancing protocols, and sanitation procedures to make our small gym as safe as possible for your return.

MP CLIMB is a 30 minute Versaclimber class that works the entire body from legs, glutes, core, back, and arms.
The vertical climber is low impact workout suited for any fitness level or ability.
Studies have proven a VersaClimber workout burns more fat and calories per min than Treadmills, Ellipticals, Steppers, and Bikes.
Combine all this with awesome instructors and great music, MP CLIMB is one of the most efficient total body conditioning workout in town!

Our coaches will be instructing and demonstrating the workouts and running a class just as we would in our studio.
We will be providing progressions and regression of each exercise, and coach you though getting the most out of each exercise including form cues and motivation.
We will be able to see you working out as well, and will be making corrections on form as much as possible.
You will be able to turn off video on your end if you wish to not be seen by our coaches or others.

It combines elements of our previously offered MRT and LVL Up classes, to focus on total body strength training.
The class is designed for any fitness level and led by a degreed and certified Personal Trainer.
The workout will be programmed using intervals, EMOM, and AMAP rep schemes.
It features a variety of equipment, including barbells, dumbells post landmines, kettlebells, plyo boxes, bands, racks, and bench.
Every participant will have their own "Workout Pod", a 128 taped off workout station featuring their own equipment to provide the optimal safety for our participants.
It combines elements of our previously offered MRT and LVL Up classes, to focus on total body strength training.
The class is designed for any fitness level and led by a degreed and certified Personal Trainer.

MP Met-Con will feature exercises performed with our Woodway Curve Treadmills, rowers, sliders, jump ropes, agility squares, ab mats, bands, and benches.
Each person will have their own station with their own equipment.
