Coach Carlos is a former Professional Boxer/Coach*/Manager with 15 years plus of experience. He first stepped into the ring at age 19 and became the Amateur Muay Thai champion for the state of California, it was his love, knowledge and appreciation of the human body, amongs other things that led to a change of heart which resulted in retiring from competitive fighting.
He now uses his drive and experience to help people get fitter and healthier, all the benefits of a complete Boxing Classes work out minus the injuries. Coach Carlos has a passion for developing human potential and he is very fond not only of fitness but also of his students. We believe in shaping the minds and character of children early on. At Elite Boxing Fitness, We emphasize this to every student, especially to our young ones.

FUN! THEY WANT TO HAVE FUN!
We all remember when we were there and that's what we wished for most of the time, at our Gym we understand that, we give the kids a balance of hard work and games (games are physical in nature so kids get to exercise twice) We still have some room available for a few more students, check out our videos, these are actual classes.
