Most people assume that I have always been thin.
They do not realize the hard work it took for me to transform my life and my body.
It's assumed I don't know what it's like to walk into a gym and feel overwhelmed, out of place and intimidated.
They think that I have never looked in the mirror and felt completely helpless.
I have and this is why I opened BarBelles.
Prior to this I worked in luxury cosmetics and loved helping women feel beautiful.
After releasing 80 pounds and transforming my own body with weight training, I knew I had found my passion in fitness.
