Brandy will provide variations to all moves and exercises to tailor to all fitness levels.
Whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned pro, Brandy can alter the class and challenge you.
What do I bring to class?
A water bottle and comfortable exercise clothing and shoes.
You should also bring something you can train in for both indoors and outdoors.
Since the workouts tend to be held both in and outside, you might want to bring a light exercise jacket, if it's cold out.
