Southwest Fitness & Racquetball Center may be Liberal's neighborhood gym, but we like to think of ourselves as the premier fitness facility in all of the Southwest. We feature all of the same amenities found in big city gyms but go further in providing individualized instruction and know you by name. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our team of professionals are prepared to assist you in setting and then crushing your goals.
If you've never toured our facilities before, expect to find state-of-the-art equipment for both your aerobic and anaerobic needs, an assortment of group classes for those days you want to mix things up and a steam room to help your body recover and relax. We understand not everyone wants to pump iron. So we offer a range of classes including MixxFit, Zumba, Latin Bootcamp, Spinning and Yoga.
We do, however, cater to all with free weights and machine weights and have designated areas for cardio and endurance training as well as boxing and cross-training.
