Our training philosophy emphasizes core strength, balance and agility; the vital fitness traits which are imperative in all aspects of life and recreation.

By incorporating a mix of cardio, strength, flexibility, balance and equipment we will give you a varied well rounded workout which targets all muscle groups.
Tracy earned her BBA from Marian University in 2001.
She has been a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer since 2003 and recently became certified as a Cancer Exercise Specialist bringing over twelve years of training expertise to Ufit.
She began her personal training career in 2002 with the purpose of sharing her passion for exercise and wellness with others.
Tracy helped my husband, Rick, recover after he had received extensive cancer treatment.
She tailored workouts to fit his specific needs and her knowledge, encouragement, and compassion were a highlight for him twice a week.
