Our goal is to create a fun, stress-free environment to help create a community of strong individuals who feel confident and proud of themselves. Enerje Fitness is a training facility located in Johnston, Rhode Island. Here we believe everyone has a goal, whether that is to learn how to deadlift, increase your bench press, or lose 20lbs. We have the tools and the staff to guide you to the finish line to improve your performance.

Enerje is more then just a gym! It's a community! Every instructor/ personal trainer is amazing and truly cares about the clients and their progress! I couldn't ask for a better gym family!. Here at Enerje, we offer one-on-one and small group personal training, as well as a variety of group classes that are scheduled daily. We believe in improving the health and wellness of an individual by incorporating strength training and functional movements paired with creative and fun ways to work on conditioning.

This class uses a series of trisets to give you the ultimate total body workout.

Small group training sessions are what Enerje is built upon.
We keep a close community, so you will quickly get to know everyone in the group classes and meet others that make fitness a way of life.
And, with the variety of classes we offer, you're guaranteed to find one you love.
We will occasionally hold special events, pop-up events, exclusive classes, and group challenges to incorporate the overall Enerje community.
For one-on-one or small private group sessions, we offer personal training at Enerje.
This is a 30-day routine following a three-day on, one-day off concept.
This rotates through upper and lower body to work on strength and build muscle, as well as conditioning days to air in fat loss!
Most of these workouts can be done with bodyweight or household items, such as soup cans and water bottles, but small dumbbells weighing 5-20 lbs.
Throughout the thirty days, you're provided with a specific sequence of exercises that hit your upper and lower body, allowing for both adequate rest and strain to each necessary to transform your body.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to come in and experience what it's like to train here at Enerje.
So, we've developed two options for new members to come in and try out any class of their choice.
Once you have taken classes with us, you will be presented with several different options for continuing on your fitness journey with us.
All of these packages can be selected directly in Enerje's mobile app.
As many classes as you'd like.
If you plan to join two or three classes a week, this is your best option for convenience and value.

Our classes are listed on our app Enerje in the app store on both iPhone and Android.
Once you download the app, you can create an account and decide which payment option is best for you, and sign up for the class you'd like!
All of our instructors work with new people every week.
In fact, we have scaling options for every class whether you are new or if you have an injury or ailment that restricts certain movements.
