Jason realized his passion for exercise in the late 90's.
Jason earned a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Rhode Island.
In 2008, he became a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and just recently earned a C.S.C.S. (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) through the NSCA in 2012.
He has a specific interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation and research.
