CrossFit is far easier to experience than it is to explain.

For our members that are interested in competing we offer a unique program designed specifically for our team by our knowledgeable staff of coaches.
With Nutrition being the foundation of any fitness endeavor why would you leave it up to guesswork?

I'm not sure if I want to do CrossFit.
Can I just drop in to try out a class?
Absolutely.
Realize though that your first session will be an assessment workout that allows the trainers to A. Check your work capacity B. Check your movement patterns C. Give you a good foundation on how most classes will be run.
It will be about 60 minutes total (including warmup).
Can I get a good workout in under 30 minutes?
Yes, more and more research shows that short, high intensity effort will produce better results than long and slow duration.

Our CrossFit facility serves Bayou Vista, Dickinson, La Marque, League City, Santa Fe, Texas City, Webster and surrounding areas with 6 class times a day.
Our staff at Mainland CrossFit offers a professional community based atmosphere to begin your fitness journey.
We offer our community an early start with our 5am - 7am, 11am & 12pm for our lunch crowd and evening hours 4pm - 7pm.
If you need a class on the weekend we have 9am and 10am, on Saturdays.
