At CrossFit Wooster, it's our mission to welcome everyone through our doors and give them the best hour of their day. Through intentional coaching, a challenging workout, and an uplifting community, we set the stage for you to make successful strides in your fitness journey. Worried you're not ready for CrossFit? It's ok, we've been there too. No matter if you're 16 or 60, our knowledgeable coaches modify workouts for every skill level so you can still receive a challenging workout.

We use safe, effective, and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life. That's why we believe that functional fitness is the leading platform for health, happiness, and performance. Located conveniently off of SR 585, our spacious facility gives you the room you need to get your sweat on. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and safety, so you can rest easy knowing you won't be lifting someone else's sweat.

That's why we work hard to provide you a welcoming environment, experts to help guide you, and an encouraging community to make it fun.
All new members begin their CrossFit journey with a free Intro session where you sit down with a coach to discuss your goals and how we can help you succeed.
From there, members have three On-Ramp sessions with a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

Our intro class is all about you.
We take the time to get to know you and your fitness goals so we can create a specific plan to help you succeed.
This is literally a NO SWEAT INTRO meaning that we will not be working out and you don't have to sweat any type of pressure to sign up if you're not ready.

The program works for everyone - people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

Since 2015, Clay has worked to bring his athletes the best hour of their day and takes pride in knowing who you are.
As a founding member and coach at CFW, Michal has over 8 years of experience that she brings to classes.
A gymnastics specialist, Titus. is passionate about helping others get into better shape, get out of pain, and build stronger more resilient bodies.
There is something so incredible about helping people realize what they are capable of and I just can't get enough!
Sarah, longtime member and coach, loves being able to help people find their place in our gym family, help them get acquainted with the movements, and encourage them to learn and adopt healthy habits.
