If your goal is a strong well balanced body with gorgeous abs classical pilates is the answer. Integrity is what defines our instructors, and as teachers we take responsibility in remaining true to the original Pilates method. The teachers we choose to work with have completed a 400+hr apprenticeship in the Classical Pilates Method or are working toward this standard.

The teachers here continue their education by studying with those who worked directly with Joseph Pilates direct disciple, Romana Kryzanowska. Lifting weights and cardiovascular work help us live longer healthier lives. LIFT uses heart rate monitoring, free weights, and a small group atmosphere to keep you motivated and surpassing goals. If you want to "workout" join a gym.

If you want to get results find an experienced trainer. Pilates is a great program and Juanita Ostrem is a wonderful instructor (although I am usually complaining during the session). I have done various exercise/conditioning programs through the years and I think Pilates is the best.

My love movement started when I was young and transferred to my children (a Div1 diver and a Div1 gymnast) Today, I've been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession.
I've been working as a certified personal trainer, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle for 20+ years.
I added Classical Pilates to my skills while in Arizona in 2014 and brought a new form of exercise back to Gillette WY.
I always felt there was a need for some of us to leave the big box gym for a more private atmosphere.
I started training with Juanita at Lift fitness, and believe she is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around.
I really enjoy the variety and challenges she puts into the workout sessions.
She has the equipment, technology and knowledge to transform you both mentally and physically!
Juanita is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun!
My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session.
