Hi, I'm Wendy Graack and I have been involved with health and fitness my entire life. I'm very passionate about people and helping you learn more about your body by creating a customized training plan just for you. I take into consideration congenital defects, injuries you've had, strengths and weaknesses of your body and environmental daily habits so that I am able to alter the bio mechanics and neuro pathways for each client to achieve optimal results in strength and body composition.

By focusing on these areas we are able to achieve the results you want while preventing injuries. I also specialize in injury prevention and injury rehabilitation to reduce and or relieve pain.
