Select foods not made of white sugar, flour, avoid foods with preservatives and additives, mostly found in canned and prepackaged foods. Eat A LOT of raw and frozen veggies, fruits and meats. Lean meats to include in palm size portions; skinless chicken, turkey, pork chops (trim fat),85 to 93% lean ground meat, ground turkey, bison, venison, pork tenderloin, salmon, canned tuna, sirloin, rib chop, loin chop, top round.

Sleep, it is suggested to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep according to the National Sleep Foundation. Stick to a sleep schedule, including weekends, relaxing bedtime ritual, exercise daily, bedroom to ensure ideal temperature, sound and light. No alcohol or caffeine, or smoking before bed and turn off electronics. This is a fantastic Gym! The trainer is super nice and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are.

These are the necessary bonds to be Diamond Strong, with these bonds we grow muscle, losing fat, gaining/keep bone mass, and maintain mental acuity as we journey through this life.
I am a small studio, five friends to a class.
This helps me to focus on proper form and questions or making changes in an exercise, if necessary, you can't get that at a large gym.
