I started training because I wanted to make a positive difference in people's lives.

I had realized that a lot of Personal Trainers did not have their client's best interest at heart and I had experienced that first hand.
With an abundance of misinformation out there on television, social media and the internet, I wanted to share fitness facts so that people like you could succeed and continue their journey with the correct information.
