At Rep Max Performance, we believe that to be successful in achieving your goals, you have to cut through all the fads and go straight to the proven, core principles of fitness and health. We know that the way to get the best results is to focus on strategies that yield the highest return and cut out the noise and nonsense. Since 2018, we've coached over 300 individuals in putting this into practice.

Whether they are olympic weightlifters in national level competitions or people wanting to get their health on track, our athletes are prepped mentally and physically to accomplish their biggest goals. I have been going to Rep Max Performance for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but a positive experience lifting here. The coaches are awesome, extremely knowledgeable and caring.

They do a great job at listening to your goals and implementing them into our training program. They have all the equipment I could ever need, and then some, and everything is kept clean. Not only are the coaches awesome but so are the members!

In this 8-week program, we'll work together in building the foundation for a lifetime of olympic weightlifting.
Beginner weightlifting open coaching times are from Monday through Friday 5am-10am and 7pm-9pm and Saturday from 12pm-2pm.
We take pride in providing a fun and challenging environment for training.
Join our team to work closely with our coaches and your soon-to-be teammates in helping you achieve the goals you work so hard for.
All our athletes start with a 3-session or 12-session on-boarding process.
In this on-boarding, you will work closely with one of our coaches in movement assessments and goal setting.

With Tier 1 Remote Coaching, you receive a full 8 or 12 week program with video explanations through our TrainHeroic software and monthly check-ins with one of our coaches!
In Tier 2 Remote Coaching, you get our TEAM programming, working in unison with the large network of our in-house and remote athletes after a short period of individualized programming.
You also get weekly check-ins with our coaches and video analysis every Friday.
With Tier 3 Remote Coaching, you get a completely individualized programming based on your goals and your needs!
Join RMP 360, guided by our motivating coaching staff in helping you improve in the gym so that you can live your best life, outside of it.
Be a part of a small group of up to 6 like-minded individuals in chasing your goals, and make new friends in the process.

In a safe and motivating environment, your child can join our team to work closely with our coaches and the rest of their soon-to-be teammates in helping them achieve the goals they set for themselves.
Youth Training times are Tuesday and Friday from 3:30-5:30pm and each session is conducted in hour-long small group training.
