I knew Judy because her kids come to my salon. It felt great to get dressed up to go out again after I lost 40 pounds training with Judy. Now I train with both Judy and Kama and they are both incredible. They make me work hard, but I also always have fun. Weight had always been a struggle for me. Growing up I was always the big kid, so I never saw myself ever being fit.

Finish Line Fitness, specifically Kama really brought out the athlete in me. Between diet and exercise, I have lost 120 pounds, and continue to work towards my goals. Kama really works with me, always introducing new exercises, so I am never bored.

Judy is an accomplished trainer, business owner, and motivational speaker.
Her numerous certifications include: (ACE) American Council of Exercise, (ISSA) International Sports and Science Association and (SPN) Specific Performance Nutrition.
She is also certified in golf specific fitness training through the Titleist Performance Institute, and is certified in TRX Suspension and TRX Rip Training.
With over 17 years experience, measurable results, and a passion for inspiring her clients to fitness, Judy is one of the areas top trainers.
Kama is an experienced Personal Trainer and Group Ex Instructor having worked in the industry for over 16 years.
Always an athlete, Kama played both tennis and basketball at her alma mater, and was recently honored, being inducted into the Concord College Athletic Hall of Fame, specifically, for basketball.
Kama's athletic background and competitive spirit are balanced with a Masters in Exercise Science & Cardiac Rehab, giving her a unique perspective and the ability to work with all levels of fitness seekers.
Beth has enjoyed training for 10 years, as an ACE certified Personal Trainer and more recently certified in the Senior Fitness Specialty Program with ACE.
She has specialized in functional strength, mobility, range of motion, and balance training with her clients.
Beth can provide techniques and modifications to prevent muscle deterioration, improving bone strength and movement patterns that will boost quality of life.
She likes to connect with her clients, adding fun while helping them meet their fitness challenges and goals.
Ryan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a USATF Certified Level 1 Coach, with over 3 years of experience.
Ryan specializes in athletic performance, functional movement assessments, corrective exercise techniques and everything running.
Ryan's personal accomplishments include 2 full marathons, 5 half marathons and countless other races at various distances.
