Our classes are based around strength training, condition, mobility, power and functional training. We understand that everyone is different and this is why we DO get the best results for our clients. All programs are customized to each person looking to stop yo yo dieting and become more consistent without restrictions and crazy fad diets. Sept 2020 I was at 206 lbs. It wasn't until I went to the doctor to get a DMV Medical physical for my Class "A" license that I figured out that my BP was extremely high 154/97. The Nurse actually told me that I was on the verge of Cardio Stress and may have to go on Blood thinners if I didn't change my ways.
