At Amplio Fitness, we view health to be a balance of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. We are open for business and taking every safety precaution possible. We are only taking one-on-one personal training, nutrition coaching, and Reiki sessions. All equipment and surfaces are wiped down with an antibacterial solution before and after use.
No contact temperature checks are taken before entering the space. Hand sanitizer is provided upon entrance to our studio. Social distancing of 6 feet apart.
