This 30-Day Coaching period is an opportunity to learn the foundations of training in a more private setting. Our coaches will take each new Core Crew Member through a personal fitness assessment to determine their goals and needs. You will complete Core Foundation as part of our gym community, with a basic understanding of the Core Strength & Performance methodology including; fundamental movements, specific warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition, and mobility.

Core Strength & Performance is ensuring everything it can to help keep our members safe while returning back to the gym. See how we are taking the right steps towards the safety of everyone. The location is great for small groups, is very personal and inviting. My coach Heidi is amazing, she encourages me to challenge myself and she listens to my concerns.

Overall Deven and Heidi have a huge amount of knowledge and they make sure you are doing your exercises correct and safe. I have noticed a big difference in the way I look and feel, I highly recommend them and their Gym.

When you walk into Core, you'll find an intimate setting that allows us to give you the personal attention you need.
We are no ordinary training facility and we are proud of that!
Instead of rows of cardio machines, you have 24/7 access to kettlebells, specialty barbells, fatbells, sandbags, ski-urges, airdyne bikes and space for squatting, pushing, pulling, jumping, lifting and throwing - moving our body the way it is supposed to move.
We focus on improving movements that are necessary and common in our daily activities, like picking up our kids or moving that bag of mulch from our trunk to the backyard.
We work with ages 22-50+ from all different backgrounds.
Almost everyone of our members are NEW to not only to our gym, but strength training all together and have made HUGE strides in their look and feel of their body through strength.
