WILD is a gym based around community. Our fitness family is made up of our awesome clients and passionate team. The environment is fun and friendly; our clients' workouts are one of their day's highlights. I love the sense of community here. I look forward to seeing my Crack O' Dawn crew every time, the support of the online community, the additional events and programs outside of the workouts - run group, nutrition program, etc. - it all makes for a really strong community of people helping and supporting each other.

I've went from being 5 minutes into class and thinking to myself "how the hell am I gonna make it through this" to being able to push hard for 45 minutes! I am completely blown away that in 4 short months my cardio, flexibility, strength and just over all feeling of being really healthy and fit have gone through the roof! My cholesterol level is now normal and I am not on any medication for it!

In fact my HDL Cholesterol (the good cholesterol) is higher than the 2 months I was on medication.

Amber Budahn found her passion for fitness through her experience as a 6 time All-American Collegiate record holder.
After college, Amber moved to the Olympic Training Center to (literally) run for her goals of making an olympic team.
But the pressure and lack of proper nutrition eventually left her burnt out, exhausted and unmotivated.
Desperate to feel better, Amber tried what she thought was a last resort: holistic health.
After researching and finding mentors in the holistic health field, she finally started to get better.
