CrossFit Crescent Coast is a strength and conditioning facility located in Myrtle Beach, SC that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach all levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Our training methods focus on efficiency of movement as well as proper sequencing of joints and muscles.
Our methods produce tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes and every human being in between. Our program combines the training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. Theme based group programming allows all of our athletes to train together in the same class, yet while the beginners may be doing strength based density training, our elite athletes may be working on power and speed olympic movements.

As long as you can demonstrate the knowledge of and perform the basic movements safely and efficiently, you can begin going right into our classes.
We will take you through (3) Three Fundamental Classes.
These classes will provide you with a great understanding of all the fundamental movements and basic principles of CrossFit and Functional Fitness while also slowly introducing you to High Intensity Interval Training.
One of our coaches will meet with you individually one-on-one by appointment and take you through all of the basics that you will need to begin in any of our classes.

We offer all new clients and athletes a FREE Consultation.
In this Consultation we will review Health History, Fitness Background, go over goals and talk together about what program would best fit your needs.

We Welcome all Visitors (Both CrossFitters and Non CrossFitters) to join us.
CrossFitters are welcome to ALL CrossFit Classes and/or Open Gym Times.
Non-CrossFitters or CrossFitter's with less then 6 months experience are welcome to join us for this class.
Our Daily Drop-In rate is $20.
We do ask that you arrive a few minutes early to complete an athlete waiver, take care of payment (if you did not already), and get a tour of the facility before class starts.
We DO have a shower for your use as well should you need to rinse off before hitting the beach!
