We put all new members through a foundations course to learn the movements, and range of motion standards, as well as form and technique to keep you healthy and safe.

CrossFit is intense, but we strive to make the intensity relative to whatever you are capable of.
The WOD "workout of the day" is the same for everyone, but we make it individualized to you.

If you are working toward a specific goal, or desire individual coaching, we offer full service Private Personal Training programs.
Your personal training program will begin with a complete assessment of your current physical capabilities, history, and goals.
Coaches will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, structural balance and any limitations.
Your coach will also work with you to determine your training goals and priorities.

NF (Never Fail) Barbell is a USAW certified weightlifting club based out of CrossFit MOB that offers coaching and programming focusing on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk (Olympic lifts).
Coach Gabriel (Gabs) Sandoval is the head coach of NF Barbell.
Coach Gabriel has been coaching weightlifting for over eight years and has both a USAW Sports Performance and Advanced Sports Performance certifications.
NF Barbell has recently coached an athlete to qualify for the World's Masters Weightlifting Competition in Germany.
