Vincente "V" Turnipseed has been successfully helping people reach their health and fitness goals for more than 18 years.
Vincente holds a B.S in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Medicine.
He holds certifications from the National Athletic Trainers Association as an Athletic Trainer and the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Vincente views the body as a complex interconnected system of mind, body, and soul.
He believes in treating everyone as an individual and incorporates strategies that will assist clients in achieving results physically as well as mentally.
Andria Loftis is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
She also holds a Certification of Applied Functional Science (CAFS) through the Gray Institute, and a TRX Suspension Training Certificate.
Andria successfully completed the Gray Institute's GIFT program, a 40 week mentorship, to become a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) in October of 2014.
This program is designed to create proficiency and competence in all aspects of Applied Functional Science (AFS) through an understanding of functional principles, strategies, and techniques to enhance our clients' fitness and training program; including general fitness, injury prevention, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation.
