In Sanskirt, the word Ha-Tha translates to Sun-Moon, meaning the Yoga or union of the solar and lunar energies that represent the duality within us all-masculine/feminine, yin/yang and beyond.

Before training or taking classes with us, save a tree (and time checking in at the studio) by filling out the Studio Waiver online.
In accordance with the Governor's orders, masks are now required at all times during your visit at Hatha Yoga & Fitness.

Yoga Mat (available for rent $2), and if you desire, a towel and non-breakable water bottle.
