This site is dedicated to providing information to help you become the "Fittest you" you can become. Randy uses good nutrition, exercise and his knowledge of wellness to help you get there.

Services
Randy Vazquez earned a Doctorate in Nutritional Sciences from The University of Arizona.
Dr. Vazquez is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and also has a Certified Wellness Coach (CWC) certification from the Spencer Institute.
Randy has been a trainer since 2008.
It was as a teaching associate for the University of Arizona's "Nutrition, Food and You" course that Dr. Vazquez discovered his intense passion for teaching.
Individual assessments will be performed and goals will be discussed.
We will keep track of your progress together with weekly weigh-ins and follow up discussions.
We will discuss and address behavioral changes that have worked towards fulfilling your goals and/or what obstacle(s) you face that slow your progress.
Training sessions can be performed at a gym or outdoors.
Private home training is also available.
