All our Level 1 classes start with basic beginner foundations, and from there, you can branch out to sporty, dance, flirty, exotic or flow classes.
NOTE: The GRADUATION MOVE listed is to help gauge the proper class level of those with previous pole dance experience.
It is not intended to be the ONLY indicator of advancement.
