I believe in personal, highly effective, individualized, and outstanding coaching strategies to help my motivated clients reach their fitness goals. I've been personal training and helping people reach their goals for 4 years now. It's been an amazing process of becoming a better coach/trainer and I love seeing my clients accomplish their goals. Services
These categories would include month to month or bi weekly programming, and multiple check ins per week to make sure you are on track.
Also gives access to me for any and all fitness related questions that you may have regarding your training or nutrition.
You would record certain exercises so I could give feedback on what to do.
If you are in the Portland area we can schedule times to be in the gym together so that we can spend a bit of time hands on.
