In this phase, a woman's goal is to reach optimal health to sufficiently nurture a growing fetus. She can improve fertility and increase the chances of conception by following the fertility food guide and fitness program. In this phaSE, a woman's goal is to provide her body and her unborn baby with the nutrients needed for optimal health and stay away from everything that can potentially harm her and her baby.

Although children are a gift from the Lord, there is much power associated with that gift and great responsibility. In this phase, The new mom will receive fitness, nutritional, and emotional support to balance life at home with a newborn. Nutrition plans are designed for breastfeeding moms to get the proper nutrients for the baby's continued growth and development, as well as the nutrients needed to recover properly from labor.

To give hope to women and empower them to live healthy lives benefiting themselves and their children. To create a healthy generation from birth through the mother's fitness, nutrition & healthy mindset.

A healthy lifestyle refers to good health and wellness in areas of nutrition, physical and mental health.
I support women pre-conception, during pregnancy, and postpartum with exercise and nutritional support as well as emotional support to help moms with the hormonal changes experienced during pregnancy.
As your personal trainer, I am able to support you in several different ways.
I have 3 different options when it comes to training but the commonality among them all is that I still write a fitness program designed to get you to your goal.
A baby's birth weight and health are contingent on the body composition of a woman when she conceives.
For example, If a woman is overweight or obese when she conceives, her pregnancy may be considered high risk and can potentially lead to the fetus receiving an overabundance of a specific nutrient which can cause their fat calls to grow large rapidly and/or develop an abnormal amount of fat cells.
Conversely, if a woman is under-weight at the time of conception, she puts herself at great risk for having a premature birth and an underweight baby due to undernutrition, etc.
Physical Fitness during pregnancy can lower your chances of having a high-risk pregnancy as well as reduce common pregnancy symptoms and prevent or cure postpartum depression, high blood pressure, hypertension, diabetes, risk of heart disease, and more.
An active pregnancy also helps labor and recovery go smoothly.
NOW is a great time to start living a healthy lifestyle.
Everything you consume will be passed onto your baby so it is imperative you are providing nutrient-rich foods daily and reaching your daily caloric intake levels.

As much as you're probably relieved your pregnancy is over, you'll be reluctant to know that your responsibilities to provide shelter and nourishment have only simply evolved.
Your choices now as a mom are equally as important because they will teach your children habits that they will carry into adulthood.
