Each instructor is there to coach you through the class, whether that be increasing the intensity for you or giving you modifications to suit your fitness level.

We are in Sevilla Square between D'Angelos and Yoga Soup.
Parking is available in the parking lot on the corner of State Street and Gutierrez St and is free for the first 75 minutes.
There is also street parking on Gutierrez St.

The reason I wanted to become a Fit Buddha instructor was because of my love for both fitness and community.
I enjoy keeping my body strong and fit and would love to help others achieve the same goodness for their bodies.
