I'm a certified personal trainer and running coach. I'm ALSO a professional counselor, licensed massage therapist, and nutrition coach. This background gives me a deeper understanding of mind and body - and how they can work together to get you results! We'll start with your fitness level and goals. I'll keep you on track to reach those goals with the routines, mindset, and accountability that a trainer like me can provide.

I know just where to make the little changes that will make a big difference, and how to get you motivated to stick to it. There are so many exercises that you might not know about. I'll give you a variety of ways to target areas you want to improve. And we won't be working on machines, so the workout will challenge your balance and stability through integrated movement.

If you're going to exercise on the regular, you should be having regular fun! That's the best way to build structure in your fitness. You can count on me to give you the consistency you need with encouragement, patience and humor.

Fitness takes work, but it doesn't have to be complicated - not with me.
As your trainer, I'll create a custom plan that makes it as simple as possible for you to get results.
One size does NOT fit all and I'll make sure of that.
We'll look at your strength, mobility, cardio, stability, and I'll use my expertise to create the structured workout you need based off your current fitness level and goals.
You won't be spending hour after hour on the cardio machines with me.
I'll teach you to move better and safely while getting a great workout.
I know how to adjust the pace and programming for your current fitness level.
I'll show you how to change your running form to increase your efficiency and improve your time.
Minimize injuries and improve results with proper warm up, cool down, strength and recovery routines.
We'll work on boosting runner specific strength and increasing flexibility with stretching routines to minimize injuries and improve performance.
Massage is always an option and a great benefit for prevention or running injuries.
If your busy, stressed-out routine is keeping you in a cycle of fast-food, take-out, frozen dinners, or less than optimal eating habits, you're not alone.
Urges for quick and easy food become stronger when you're time deprived and without a plan.
That's why my nutrition program focuses on permanent habit changes that are sustainable over time.
This isn't a special diet or fad.
It's not a detox or "weight loss challenge."
There are no pre-packaged meals.
There are no pills or supplements you must have.
Massage isn't just a luxury, it's essential for good health.
It enhances the body's natural healing ability, and has a huge effect on all areas of general wellness.
I've often helped clients who were experiencing pain and tightness before or after a workout.
Massage can be integrated into a training session for mobility and pain relief or as a stand alone service.
