Fluid Martial Arts Academy offers classes for adults in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Judo, Kenpo Karate and Practical Weaponry (Stick, Cane, Knife).
Most of our adult classes are run in 90 minute increments to allow for proper time to warm-up, receive instruction, drill/practice, apply and cool-down.
Morning, evening and weekend classes are available to meet your scheduling needs.
