She enjoys training people in the Henderson/Las Vegas area as well as teaching bootcamp classes. She always tries to make workouts enjoyable and fun by incorporating a client's hobbies or interests into their personalized workout program. Being a fitness nutrition specialist, Annette recognizes the importance of a balanced diet while understanding the challenges we face in obtaining that kind of diet today.
Annette has been extremely physically active from a young age. She attended full time vocational ballet school from the age of eleven and graduated from a performing arts college in London at the age of 19. Since then Annette has had the pleasure of performing all over the world and in many shows on the Las Vegas Strip.
Whilst enjoying her extensive career in dance, Annette started to find the world of health and fitness fascinating and recognized her own need for cardio endurance and strength training outside of dancing.Annette began competitive racing shortly after the birth of her first son William and has now completed 3 half marathons, 4 sprint triathlons, 1 olympic triathlon, a 50m bike ride, a metric century bike ride and many other smaller events.
