If you prefer to start with an individual or small group setting, we offer this fast course for athletes new to CrossFit.
This is a 4 session course which will allow us to both familiarize you with the CrossFit program as a whole, as well as carefully teach you excellent technique for the program's foundational exercises.
CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity.
The workouts themselves are completely scalable.
This is a 4 session course which will allow us to both familiarize you with the CrossFit program as a whole, as well as carefully teach you excellent technique for the program's foundational exercises.
