Having once carried a weight of 350 pounds and never setting foot in a gym until my twenties, I came to realize through my personal journey that good health is never a given, and maintaining it doesn't have to be an ordeal. Today, I proudly hold degrees in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Houston, as well as a Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma, supplemented by numerous continuing education certifications from the National Personal Training Institute of Houston.

Absolutely love this private and focused gym! Every trainer is wonderful and caters to each clients needs and goals. Their expectations are realistic, understanding that most of their clients have hectic schedules that don't allow for hour long exercises multiple times a week. Highly recommend Pledge!

They have a really cool Fit3D scanner that scans your whole body and tells you about your posture, balance, weight index, body fat, muscle weight and a few more options! It really helps you understand your body more and what areas to work on. I had a wonderful, complimentary prenatal massage by a licensed therapist who guided me throughout the massage by going over problem areas. Affordable packages with flexible plans that you can stack up as needed. Thank you for the session, I hope to come back soon!

Andres has really helped this 65 year old stay in the game. He brings a high level of energy to every training session that is contagious. The team at Pledge To Fitness is fantastic! I highly recommend PTF and am so happy I train with them. I began training last Fall and am very pleased with the results. I had shoulder and knee discomfort that got corrected once I began training correctly and was able to get my body structure properly balanced. I go twice a week and they mix up every session.

In all these months I have never had the same session twice. They give you feedback and game plans on nutrition and work outs between sessions. I also love that every session ends with stretching. It makes all the hard work worth it for the relaxation factor. Don't hesitate reaching out to them- your future self won't regret it!

Andres, with Pledge to Fitness has greatly improved my ability to get back to regular exercise. I had a few injuries which kept me from working out and I am much better now. I work with him on a weekly basis and continue to see improvement. He is also training me to be more informed about proper alignment while working out. Knee pain almost gone!
