My belief is that healthy living and quality of life should be accessible to everyone and not just triathletes. Changing your lifestyle is absolutely possible. I know, because I've overcome being overweight and having high cholesterol. Together we will work to create a tailored and sustainable exercise program based on your goals, body type, and fitness level.

My approach centers on maintaining a strong heart, mind, and body. I serve those looking to get on track so they can do more of what they love, spend more quality time with those they love, and explore the world around them.

My services include personal training as well as health and wellness coaching.
I design a customized workout program and schedule based on your goals.
We focus on proper form and breathing while guiding you through the 5 principles of fitness: cardiorespiratory fitness, resistance/weight training, core strength, flexibility, and balance.
Training with Brian was my first experience using a personal trainer!
I was able to work with him for three months, and it truly changed the way I exercised.
He was able to show me how to engage my muscles and feel the difference between engaging and not.
It was a very beneficial experience, one I learned a great deal from.
Whether it was my motivation or new exercise tools and techniques, what I gained from working with Brian was an amazing experience.
We focused on legs, as he helped me prepare for ski season, showing and teaching me things that would carry on to the slopes.
