Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness is a local family run gym founded back in 2015 by Kevin and Augusta Bowen (VT Class of 2011 & 2013!) Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness is owned and operated by Kevin Bowen, a 2011 Virginia Tech Pamplin grad and member of the former Virginia Tech Boxing Club.
Kevin got his personal training certification through the ISSA in 2013 and has been incorporating boxing style training programs into thousands of his clients workout regiments to maximize their results.
Kevin had the opportunity to train at Baltimore Boxing and Fitness from 2014-2015 and learn from both professional and top amateur boxers in the Baltimore area.

Every visitor will be given a clean towel and a spray bottle with disinfectant to ensure equipment is cleaned for the next use!
We are cleaning every morning before members arrive and additionally shutting down for 1 hour each day (1-2pm M-F) in order to ensure our facility is as clean and safe as possible for all members and staff!
We are ensuring we keep classes capped at 18 people, as well as keeping a mandatory 10 feet between our members and staff.
Boxing: Elevated Boxing Ring custom built by Title Boxing, 8 (150lbs) Heavy Bags, 4 Speed Bags, 3 Snatch Bags, 2 Uppercut Bags, 1 Double End Bag.
