Dustin is also a member of the Ohio Army National Guard.
Mike is the Studio Manager/Head Coach and a Remote Coach.
He received his certification from the National Personal Training Institute and he is currently enrolled at TRI-C for physical therapy.

I had been trying to lose weight for the past 2 1/2 years with little progress.
I realized Dustin and Amy are not out to see who can lose weight the fastest (in my situation) but to grasp a life change.

Due to our small class sizes, cancellations must be made 8 hours prior to the start time of your reserved class in order to avoid a late cancellation penalty.
All late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the class.
First Time Clients: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled class time to receive and get hooked up to our heart rate monitoring system.
Late Arrival: If you are running late, it is recommended that you notify us so your spot is not given away.
You may also check yourself in for class using the Mindbody app.
