Being a box owner myself, I understand the importance of a safety- and form-first mentality. These guys get it! Great spot, totally worth it, check it out! Such a warm, welcoming owner and coaching staff! Had a wonderful time dropping in and look forward to dropping back in to classes in the future! Coaches and members made me feel right at home! I enjoyed the style of training because Coach Ruck was motivating; I was pushed but he was not overly aggressive.

Coach Ruck did a good job letting my group know in advance what to expect for the hour class ahead. I appreciated that he reiterated how to complete each exercise right before having to perform it to help ensure proper execution.

Lacertus S.W.E.A.T. offers a new spin on the functional fitness arena.
It is a program designed for those that want to gain improved fitness and general physical preparedness, but without the heavy weights.
Group CrossFit is the traditional class that includes a skill-based warm-up, skill or strength training, the Workout of the Day (or "WOD"), and mobility work.
The workouts can always be scaled so that new athletes can workout alongside veteran athletes.

During the No Sweat Intro, we will learn a bit more about you and your goals, and you will learn about our coaches, what CrossFit is and is not, and what will occur should you decide to join us again.
After this discussion, you will be introduced to a CrossFit workout of the day (WOD) by mastering some basic movements and then completing an introductory workout.
