The story of LifeTime Health & Fitness began in the early 90's. The local Davis Family realized the need for a new facility built with the intention of changing lives through educating and training the community to value their health and abilities. The vision showed a classy and fun, yet affordable full service health facility that would be more than just a place to workout; it would be a place to enhance your life and be part of a group of people all with similar goals of always striving to be the best they could be.
LifeTime Health & Fitness first opened its doors in 1997 in the Eastridge Mall. We started as a small sales office preparing for the grand opening of our 38,000 sq ft facility in the spring of 1998. During our time in the mall, LifeTime grew tremendously, enough to move into a larger space and offer cardio, weights and massage to our members. A few years later in 2000 we opened up our pool facility which features 2 pools, a lap pool and a warm water pool.
Phase II was constructed and opened in July of 2004.

LifeTime offers an Add On Tanning package option to members.
We have 2 tanning beds.
The first is a KBL 4500, ergonomically designed bed with a 12 min tan time and intense 400 W facial tanners.
The second is a Suncapsule 250Max standup booth.
The booth is extremely powerful with a maximum of 7 min tan time and 250W full body tanning lamps.

Lindsey is a massage therapist here at LifeTime!
She is a certified massage therapist with over 12 years of experience.
She graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in March of 2007 and has provided massage therapy services in a number of settings.
Lindsey is also a registered nurse and has a very extensive background in health and wellness.
She provides therapeutic massage to her clients with a focus on restorative health.
Abbi Morrow is a licensed massage therapist with over 6 years of additional experience working in healthcare which has provided her a unique set of skills and knowledge, with a focus on comprehensive care for sport/activity injuries.
She is a certified massage therapist with over 12 years of experience.
She graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in March of 2007 and has provided massage therapy services in a number of settings.

Brooke's continued dedication to the skin care profession in the area of esthetics allows her to provide a positive client experience every time.
