All of our classes are taught by an experienced trainer who will modify or advance each exercise according to your ability.
Beginner's workout-This is a 30 minute lifting class for those who need a little direction and like to workout with a group.
We will teach you how to properly use the free weights and machines, help you with your form, and show you how to create a workout program on your own.
Mondays are designed for lower body and Thursdays are for upper body.
Spin- 45 minutes of indoor cycling.
