Services
Open Gym is not a coached session, but there will be a Coach on the premises.
No organized groups.
If you want to lift with a friend, awesome!
But organizing a group workout greater than 2 people in the Open Gym area requires too much equipment and is distracting to our group glasses.
Group and personal training will be given first use of the stereo, clock and equipment.
You can ask a coach or trainer to use something from the group training side of the facility, but if the class needs it, they get priority.

Please make sure to be on time for class to allow the coaches to properly warm you up and go over the day's workout.

Thanos Kids Fitness class is designed for kids ages between 6-12 to work together with their parent/s or guardian within the same class schedule.
This program provides the fitness developmental needs of kids and encourages a lifelong love of health and wellness.
In a group setting, children/s will participate in fun and engaging workouts with their parent/s or guardians that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
Not only will they enjoy working out and building a bond with their parents but this will also help boost their self esteem and give them the confidence of being able to overcome any obstacles ahead of them.
