F.I.T. Co. is a 16,404 square foot private training facility comprised of independently contracted personal trainers and general memberships. The facility offers a wide variety of training equipment and conditioning tools that will allow you to chase every goal from simple weight loss to elite athletic training. Trainers and members have 24 hour access.

Inside you'll find; 2 Olympic lifting platforms, 2 deadlift platforms, plenty of free weights, full rubber pro-style DB rack, various plate loaded machines, various selectorized machines, ropes, sled, yoke, flipping tire, heavy & speed bag, 120 ft.x 6 ft., 75 ft.
