Just like private training, semi-private training focuses on the personalization of your workouts but in a small group fashion of 2-4 people.
Our bootcamp workouts are no ordinary bootcamps.
These high-intensity workouts will shed fat off your body like no other, build up your strength, and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
ARC Performance would like to introduce our high intensity athletic program for athletes called, ARC ATHLETIC.
With our strong exercise science, and sport performance background we manage to create a program that will DEVELOP GREAT ATHLETES.
Our state of the art facility is equipped with the latest sport performance equipment.
Our programs are for the youth (development stage), high school, college, and professional players.
We have programs that are specific to pre-season, in-season, and off-season training, available as private, semi-private, and group training with other athletes.
Rene Mata from ARC Performance helped me by developing a custom program to meet my goal.
Within 16 sessions spanning 2 months, I was able to increase my standing vertical leap from 29'' to 33''.
My three step approach was increased from 31'' to 35'' by our last session.
Rene was very creative with his workouts which made each session more enjoyable as we never duplicated a routine.
I would recommend both ARC and Rene for athletes that have specific goals in mind and are dedicated to bettering their athletic performance.
