This is a low monthly rate option that gives you full access to our premier equipment. Enjoy unlimited class access taught by Lawton's highest qualified coaches, or utilize the barbell club. This unlimited membership package gives you flexibility in your training while giving you access to all the resources we have available in our facility. Don't want to commit just yet?

Our dream started more than 8 years ago when we realized we could turn our passion and education for strength and fitness into a career.
We have dedicated ourselves to sharing that passion with our clients ever since.
Today, Southwest Barbell & Fitness boasts of southwest Oklahoma's top coaches coupled with an incredibly proficient programming consisting of weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, and functional fitness.

Today, Southwest Barbell & Fitness boasts of southwest Oklahoma's top coaches coupled with an incredibly proficient programming consisting of weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, and functional fitness.
PUT AWAY your weights, barbells, belts and any other equipment you may have used during your workout.
If the coaches have to spend additional time putting equipment away, that is LESS time they have to provide you with coaching.
Do not arrive late to class.
If class begins at 5:30 pm, you should be walking into the gym at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time so that you may change, stretch, chit chat etc. before class begins.
We do not currently have childcare.
We love that your children attend the gym with you and want them to become inspired to grow up and lead healthy lives of their own!
